A mysterious “Christmas Phantom,” known for vandalizing the yard displays, has the contestants on edge. In other news, the production of “A Christmas Carol” is jeopardized by unpaid electrical bills. Meet 22 of the colorful Tuna denizen’s, played by 2 actors, and join in the holiday fun.
