Ticket Types:
Dinner and Show Tickets: Include an all-you-can-eat pasta buffet. These also include your show tickets. At Memories, you dine in the ballroom, so there is no need to move to a new table for the performance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to dinner to be seated.
Show-Only Tickets: Include the performance only. Show-only ticket holders are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the show to be seated.

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are final. No refunds will be given for canceled reservations. Online service fees are non-refundable.

At Memories, upon their arrival, guests are escorted to their seats, where you can relax and enjoy your entire experience, as guests dine in the same ballroom where the performance takes place.
All seating is assigned based on the date of reservation. If you have a group you wish to be seated with, please call Memories directly or make one online reservation for your entire group.
Memories uses a proscenium setup with the stage in the front of the hall for Concert Series events.

Memories strives to provide an enjoyable experience for all our customers. If special accommodations (walkers or wheelchairs) or dietary restrictions are needed, please contact Memories directly.
Memories recently installed a hearing loop system. Using the T-coil you can now listen to our shows through your hearing aids. For those without this functionality, we offer portable headsets that can be checked out.
Laughter is best shared with friends and family. Memories offers discounts for groups of 16 or more. Check out our Groups Page for more information. Then, call Memories directly at 262-284-6850 for a special rate.

Table of 8 Special:
Gather your friends, family, or co-workers. Groups purchasing a table of eight will receive their choice of a complimentary bottle of house wine, a pitcher of beer, or pitcher of soda!
This special includes your tickets, a delicious dinner, and complimentary drinks as described above.

What if I have a group of friends who all want to come to an event together?
At Memories, we are thrilled to see groups of friends and family enjoying a night together, experiencing great food and entertainment. To make a group reservation go as smoothly as possible, we strongly recommend that the group of guests select one person to make the reservation for the entire group. Upon making the reservation, you will be asked how many guests are in your group. Payment should be made at the time of reservation. Please inform your guests to check-in under the last name of the lead person, who made the reservation, on the night of your visit.
What if the guests of our group all want to pay for their own portion of the reservation?
We realize that it can be a rather large sum of money for one lead guest to make payment for a large group at once. If that is not a viable option, Memories asks that the lead guest call in the reservation for their group and notify the box office at that time that other guests will be calling in their payment separately (Memories accepts Visa, Master Card or Discover). At that time, the lead person should also supply Memories with the list of guest names and how many guests are being paid for under each guest's name. Then, when each guest calls in to make payment on their portion of the reservation, our box office staff will locate their name in the previously supplied list and credit the payment to that portion of the reservation.
***Please take note: All event seating is pre-assigned by Memories' staff. If a group reservation is not organized in the manner described above, Memories CANNOT guarantee we will be able to grant post-reservation seating requests to individuals making separate reservations.
