For “All the Chicken You Can Eat, and All the Comedy You Can Handle,” Memories is the place! Hosted by Milwaukee’s favorite television weather man, and all-around funny guy, Rob Haswell, our Chicken Comedy nights are all the rage and the perfect way to laugh away the winter blues. A full bar is available starting 45 minutes prior to the show, so come early and enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail at a fraction of the price you would pay at a traditional comedy club. Or, you can wait for dinner- unlike pricey comedy clubs, there is no drink minimum at Chicken Comedy nights! These high-energy, sell-out shows start out in true Memories dinner show fashion- great food, and lots of it!
Our world-famous broasted chicken is so juicy and flavorful, it’s reason enough to make the trip! It is served as an all-you-can-eat broasted chicken buffet dinner with all the fixings (mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, coleslaw, dinner rolls and Memories famous fluff). If there are any special dietary restrictions, Memories is happy to accommodate. Just contact our box office .
Once your belly is full, get ready to laugh til it hurts!
Memories comedians are nationally renowned, class acts. Chicken Comedy comics are requested to play a clean show, able to be enjoyed by everyone from your high schooler to your dear, sweet Grandma, though, due to potential adult subject content, it is not recommended for children.
Rob is an award-winning broadcaster and actor and has been a part of many broadcast, theatrical and film projects. Starting in radio while still in high school, Rob quickly discovered he had a talent for the medium and went on to become one of the main on-air talents at major radio stations across Canada.
Next, he made the jump to television where he was a part of the flagship program, "Good Morning Toronto" on Canada's Weather Network. From there, he made the jump to the U.S. where he went to work for CBS, and most recently, FOX as the morning meteorologist. Along the way, Rob also tried his hand at acting, landing roles in several national commercial campaigns as well as some film projects.
Rob also had a career as a comedian appearing in clubs across Canada and the United States and making appearances on a few television shows.
We are thrilled to have him as our Chicken Comedy host.
